We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Australasia Customer Experience Team servicing Australian and New Zealand customers.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in retaining our customers by managing and exceeding expectations through delivering a high-quality service that focuses on our customer centric approach. You’ll build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of customer excellence whilst adhering to service level agreements. _The yearly salary for this role is $55,000 plus a monthly target incentive, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm (afternoon shift)._

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Creation and maintenance of customer accounts including:

- Card activations, replacements, and terminations
- Validation and processing of transactions
- Problem resolution and triaging
- Case management
- Respond to and resolve product or service issues that customers are experiencing.
