We are seeking a Property Support Coordinator reporting directly to our Property Manager. You will provide administrative support and work closely with strong collaboration across our building, vegetation and land services team. This role is all about you, and how you do things, so come be curious and innovative.

**The role**:

- Obtain searches of title and easements to assist the Land Access and Land Legal team including the process of signed easements and caveats
- Assist Orion staff and service providers with land access information and protocols
- Maintain Orion’s leasing schedule and assist with identifying and follow-up critical dates
- Maintain and manage technical databases files and records
- Assist with invoices, invoice approvals, budget tracking and letter to customers and business owners

**About you**:

- Minimum NCEA Level 3 or previous experience in a busy and varied office administrative role
- Outstanding customer service using strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong customer skills with Windows-based programs are essential
- An approachable, pro-active, innovate and methodical approach to your work
- The ability to relate at all levels across a business
- Be self-motivated and innovative with a positive attitude and a sense of humour
