Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated full time experienced Residential Property Manager to join our leading and highly regarded Property Management team.

This permanent full-time role will see you working in our busy Ray White Lincoln office - starting asap with an Award winning team

JOB PURPOSE

Our Property Managers work as part of a busy team responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Coordination of maintenance work with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Carrying out inspections, inspection reports and viewings
  • Tenancy applications and agreements
  • Supporting other staff (when required)

  • Efficient and organised, able to prioritize your work load and meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn, grow knowledge and understanding of software and procedures - and who is not afraid to ask for help when it is needed
  • Experience as a Property Manager, a background of administration, customer service, database management and online systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Selwyn area, the Residential Tenancies Act, Healthy Homes Standards, Building Act, and the Fair Trading Act is beneficial.
  • The ability to be adaptable and to be flexible in ongoing changes in procedures with an ability to adopt new tasks when and as required
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a high level of honesty and integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
  • Hold a full, clean driver's license
  • NZ Certificate Residential Property Management (Level 4) required or willing to complete course.
  • Someone who knows how to have fun

REMUNERATION

  • Commensurate with experience.
  • Car, mobile phone, and laptop.
