We now have a vacancy in our team for a Shared Services Officer within our large Shared Services function. Being part of a large high performing team, you will have the chance to play a key role in the delivery of shared services to the Group.
**Reporting to the Shared Services Team Lead, your tasks will include**:
- Working closely with other Shared Services Team members to ensure that outcomes are delivered
- Working closely within our network, building and maintaining key relationships
- Weekly & monthly payment cycles
- Bank Reconciliations
- Creation of Invoices & Credit notes as required
- Supplier queries and reconciliations
- Being proactive and thinking outside the box
- A key contributor to team culture and performance
Being involved in high performing Shared Services Team you will bring your thirst for excellence and will be highly customer focused. This is a Permanent Full-time position working Monday to Friday.
**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- 2+ years experience in a large complex business.
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience with some Accounts Receivable preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- System savvy - Intermediate Excel a must, previous use of Xero a bonus
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
