We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Representative** to join our Customer Services Team based at our Ellerslie office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and resolution of queries with customers and distributors, coordination and processing of daily orders and ad-hoc requests.

This is a 6 months fixed term position: 40 hours per week.

**About You**:

- Previous customer services experience
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP would be of advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Resilience - this is a super-fast paced and fun industry
