We have a rare opportunity for a **Parts Advisor** to join our **Porirua Team**

Experience is key, as you will be an integral part of our two-man Parts Department, working alongside our Service Department and under our Service & Parts Manager.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Consistently using your energy, personality and our high standards to greet and liaise with customers, ensuring that all their needs are met and wherever possible exceeded
- Daily sales and activities of the Wellington Parts department
- Liaising with the Service Department to organise parts needed for servicing and repairs
- Ordering parts required by customers and the Dealership in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and other documentation required for buy-in products

**As our Parts Advisor, you’ll have a solid background in either automotive, retail or hospitality.** We’re wanting an individual who can deliver excellent customer service, can build meaningful relationships and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

**In addition to this, we’re also looking for**:

- Computer systems savviness with the competency to use our online dealer management system
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner
- Confidence in dealing with challenging customer concerns resulting in excellent outcomes for both the customer and the business
- Current driver’s licence.
- Saturday work is required, however we run a fair rotating roster.
