**About the Role**:
RV Super Centre is your go-to destination for all Campervan and Motorhome (RV) needs, offering RV sales, servicing, maintenance, parts, and accessories. We have an extensive range of new and used RVs for sale. We are on the lookout for TWO full time permanent, passionate and experienced Parts & Service Advisor to join our service team in South Auckland
**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Parts & Service Advisor who embodies professionalism and passion for the vehicles we represent. Whether you have a background as a Workshop Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, Fleet Coordinator/Controller, or Warranty Administrator, we want to hear from you
**Who You Are**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Skilled in providing exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for customers
- Strong time management, organizational, and administrative abilities
- Self-motivated with outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Fun and outgoing personality
**Key Criteria**:
- Experience within a dealership environment is ideal
- Prior service advisor experience is beneficial
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Professional and passionate about our vehicles
- Dedicated, hardworking, and committed to customer service excellence
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing customer experiences in our service department
- Handling bookings and scheduling
- Costing work completed
- Greeting and assisting customers with their needs and expectations
- Ordering and dispatching parts and accessories
- Customer write-ups and instructions
- Processing and allocating invoices
