Advisor, Operations Support (National Service Delivery)

The National Service Delivery unit (NSD) provides a range of justice services to customers around New Zealand that assist with administering the court system.

**These services include**:

- Administering legal aid for those who can't afford a lawyer
- Collecting court ordered fines and reparation
- Transcribing activities in the courts
- Judicial library support
- pPoviding a centralised customer call and processing service.

We have an opportunity for an Advisor to join the operations support team. A creative ability would be an asset as the role will be responsible for developing and producing one source weekly material across NSD. Also to deliver timely and accurate advice and operational support, including development of operational policies and guidelines, initiatives and issues as well as continuous improvement functions within National Service delivery. As an Advisor, you'll be responsible for engaging stakeholders and supporting other members of the team delivering interesting pieces of work.

You will have an understanding of how to support service delivery and business improvement through a service design methodology in a complex and changing environment.
You will need to be a skilled writer for this role and comfortable developing documents for multiple audiences. In addition, skills in stakeholder management and the building of constructive and effective relationships will be important.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for this role will be between $66,518 and $93,908 based on skills and experience.
