No two days are the same, as you will be working closely with our sales team and valued B2B clients to submit selections and quotes for projects and tenders, as well as providing technical advice over the phone to both internal and external clients regarding HVAC products.

**The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following**:

- Review project and product specifications, select the product and provide quotes within relevant time frames and other project parameters
- Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested
- Provide product information - including data, brochures etc. - upon request as well as give relevant advice and guidance on technical queries to both Sales and customers relating to Daikin product
- Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Assist Sales with project calls to/from customers, when required as well as general administration duties and reporting

**You will have**:

- Prior experience in an Internal Sales role will be highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver results in a timely manner
- High level of organisational skills with an extreme level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, showing confidence in dealing with others
- Have a problem solver personality with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Have a strong belief in the Daikin values and a real desire to grow within the company
- Engineering-based qualification (pref mechanical) or HVAC industry experience is desirable
- Above average computer skills especially the ability to use Excel
- We will consider recent graduates and those seeking an internship
