We are looking for Sales Support Worker for our Auckland-based business. We are a friendly team of dedicated people to provide outstanding services.

We have a full-time role available as a sales support person and working hours will be between 30 hours 35 hours between 8.30 am to 4.00 pm in a hybrid work environment with a flexibility to work from home and office (Monday Friday).

We need someone who is willing to commit to our company, who is self
- motivated and able to do cross-selling over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service, build trust and loyalty with our wonderful customers.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending product range, price, delivery, warranties, and product usage and follows proper instructions from the manager.
- Assisting in stock take, inventory management and preparing online orders
- Able to achieve weekly sales target.
- Experience in admin is a plus but not necessary.
- Able to manage customer queries online and able to make maximum conversions.

**Job requirements**
- A natural ability to build rapport with any customer and assist them.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
- A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously.
- Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance for drugs.
