Were looking for a talented Sales Representative to help us on our quest. We need a highly motivated people person with a technical mindset who enjoys helping our customers but also understands how to close a deal. We help our customers to bring their products to life by offering them the highest quality products, superior level of service, and technical knowledge. You will require to work within Auckland & will be reporting directly to the Managing Director (based in Auckland).

**This Role Involves**:

- Preparing a list of prospective customers using social media inquiry platforms, website inquiries & other telephonic inquiries
- Analyze and observe changing market trends based on the inquiries received from the customer & other published advertisements from competitors.
- Update the employer about the new trend going on in the market that the employer can accommodate in the business to grow.
- Stay in touch with existing customers to check on further opportunities to sell the products.
- Connect with prospective Customers, and build repo to find further opportunities to sell the products.
- Listen and understand the customer needs and recommend suitable curtains/blinds according to their requirements.
- Maintain and keep records of completed & existing & upcoming orders of the customers.
- Discuss the time and day of installation with the client upon confirmation of the order.
- Arrange delivery of curtain/blinds and installer to reach the customers place on the dedicated day and time.
- Reporting director on sales made on a regular basis.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased and resolving any problems arising.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.

**To be a successful applicant, you will require the following**:

- You are a natural-born salesperson.
- You are honest and operate with integrity.
- Have a technical mindset.
- Industry and product experience is preferred, especially within the Curtains manufacturing sector.
- Confident to cold call (When require)
- A strong team player
- Be able to work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Hard-working and prepared to do additional hours if and when required as part of your employment contract.
- Holds Graduation with Management or business qualifications.
