Sho-Comms Nz Ltd specializes in the Provision and Installation of Telecommunications Services, Installation of Structured Data Cabling (Copper, Fiber and Wireless Network) and the Installation of CCTV Cameras, Alarms and Access Control Systems

We are seeking to employ a Technical Sales Representative. The role will require someone who has a proven record in technical sales and establishing and maintaining commercial and professional connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business and increase revenue
- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop in-depth product knowledge through consistent revision of product offering, features and benefits
- Address customer needs and concerns relating to the job
- Generate job sheet and sales quote according to customer requirement
- After sales service and follow up
- Liaising internally with distribution and supply
- Keeping abreast of competitor behaviour
- Answering technical questions and providing solutions

**Qualifications/Experience required**:

- A minimum of 5 year experience in technical sales and business development
- A relevant degree in electronics/communications/IT
- Demonstrated ability to quickly identify the benefits businesses will experience from a product or service.
- Strong technical sales experience.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
- Demonstrated resilience and results orientation.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- Must be willing to travel and work a flexible work schedule which could include Saturdays, Sundays and outside standard business hours.
- An energetic personality, outstanding communication skills and enthusiastic approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- As all of our worksites require technicians to abide drug laws so Technician may be required to undergo a Pre-Drug test before joining or onsite as well.
- Applicants for this position should have NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa

Positions available 1

Employment is permanent and is for a minimum of 40 hrs a week between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Applicants must be able to work weekends and public holidays

Pay rate $65,000 to $68,000 per annum depending on experience

A company car will be provided.
