To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
**Technical Sales Representative**
Area: South Island, Christchurch
WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in timber-building sector
- Explain or demonstrate products, actively propose new products and educate customers about function, utility and benefits of Rothoblaas products
- Provide advice and technical support to customers, engineers and architects
- Organize your customer visits and independently plan your tours
- Elaborate clear and effective proposals/quotations for customers and follow up
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer challenges and timely resolution of customer complaints and problems
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers and promote our brand by participating in fairs
THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:
- Technical understanding or sales experience with technical products
- Ideally commercial / technical experience, preferably in construction
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently
- Good communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Willingness to travel within New Zealand and occasionally to the HQs in Italy
- Valid driving licence
