**Ngā āheinga - The Opportunity**We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative **to join our high performing team.

This is no ordinary **call centre **in fact; you will be joining a vibrant, **energetic **customer centric environment. You will provide our clients and customers with advice they require and sometimes a little in-between. So if you are **customer-focussed **and able to communicate sound advice clearly over the phone, then this may be the **opportunity **for you.

**Ngā mahi me oti e koe - Key Accountabilities**:

- Handle all presented calls professionally and accurately
- Provide an optimal customer experience
- Escalate any customer issues appropriately
- Identify opportunity and speak to customers to provide our products and services
- Identify database issues either through customer feedback or through observation
- Escalate all relevant details of any data discrepancies
- Identify and communicate any operational improvements

- Previous call centre experience or customer service experience transferrable to a call centre environment
- Previous inbound and outbound call experience
- The ability to engage and clearly articulate information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to relate well to a diverse range of people and tailor your communication to different audiences
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Have a high level of resilience
