**Customer Service Representative**

Gilmours Central is a New Zealand owned and operated wholesale food supplier. As a growing business with evolving needs, we are looking to add an enthusiastic individual to our established team to help serve our customers both in-store and through our delivery service. We are searching for a dependable and dedicated team member to join our Customer Service and Front End teams, someone who can effectively represent us to our valued customers.

**The Role**:

- The roster: 32 hours per week. Tuesday to Friday (9:30am to 6pm)
- Be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, efficient, and friendly service
- Work closely with various departments to maintain service standards and resolve issues
- Manage customer enquiries, claims and concerns through systems like Salesforce
- Support store operations, including handling National Accounts and coordinating orders
- Load and update customer data, manage credits/returns, and ensure clean front-of-house areas
- Provide cover on checkouts and direct the inbound calls to the reception to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, transport and service to meet customer needs

- Experience in a wholesale or grocery environment preferred
- Able to handle enquiries professionally and multitask in a busy environment
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
