**Position Overview**:
**Location**: Avondale
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, typical hours 8.30am - 5pm but there may be some flexibility with those hours
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Diary and Calendar Management**:
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s diary and calendar.
- Provide supporting responsibilities for the CFO’s scheduling needs.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate and arrange travel bookings for the CEO and select staff members.
- Ensure seamless travel logistics for business trips.
- **Meeting Involvement**:
- Participate in board meetings and leadership meetings.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute accurate minutes of meetings.
- **Document Preparation**:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required by the leadership team.
- **Project Management**:
- Coordinate and manage projects as assigned by the Senior Leadership team.
- Develop project plans, identify critical tasks, and ensure project objectives are met.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in event coordination, including setup and breakdown.
- Organize catering, seating arrangements, and other logistics for various company events.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.
