**A bit about the role**:
The Senior Service Desk Analyst is responsible for collecting information through a staff conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff (service resources) if needed. Problems beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility are resolved by engaging in a timely manner other ICT service resources from within the wider ICT group team.
**A bit about you**:
You'll have approximately 4+ years service desk or technical experience in a 24/7 complex environment. Excellent customer service is essential, as is strong communication skills and a desire and ability to problem solve. A qualification in IT would be beneficial. A certification in at least one of Microsoft, Citrix or VMware.
