**The Company**
An ANZ wide global name in the healthcare industry, this organisation is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join them on a 5-month contract. This will be providing their in-house teams with technical support to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Joining forces with a dynamic crew of 8 Service Desk Analysts, you'll be the troubleshooter extraordinaire in this electrifying, high-speed environment. Think you've got the skills and the adrenaline to handle it? We believe in you This role requires that you work on-site in Auckland CBD; Monday - Friday in normal business hours.
**The Role & Duties**
This position is vital in supporting the busy environment, as IT is integral to making the businesses wheels turn Being able to stay calm and quickly support or escalate the technical issue will be key to your success in this role. Being on a service desk, this is a team-based environment where you will work together to share your knowledge and support one another alongside the wider business. Logging tickets will help track any issues between the team, so attention to detail and accurately describing a fault will be key.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working on a service desk
- Experience with the MS Stack, Windows, O365 & Active Directory
- ITIL certification or experience within this framework
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or similar
- Enjoy working as a team within a highly supportive environment
