A Soul Machines Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and driving a key area of Soul Machines Platform stack, including our Industry leading Digital Person creation tool, Digital DNA Studio and the rest of the Soul Machines ecosystem to enable life like hyper-realistic Digital People. They will be capable of solving complex problems quickly, collaborating across organizations and directly with senior stakeholders. They will be an excellent communicator responsible for helping to grow our business by establishing a consistent track record of delivering customer value by evangelizing and communicating customer needs across the organization.
- They will be primarily responsible for helping us reduce customer friction, focusing equally on quantitative and qualitative insights to drive our experiences.
- Work closely with the Product team and Engineering, to continue to define and manage the product roadmap and strategy.
- Use customer data to respond proactively to market signals and indicators, changing direction appropriately.
- Lead one of our three product development teams and develop a culture that is inclusive and customer-obsessed, with a bias to action and solving problems.
- They will also have 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role and be a strategic thinker with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

**Key deliverables**:

- Definition of teams outcomes per quarter, establishing metrics of success and managing delivery via documented, discovery work, one pagers/PIDs or roadmap contributions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience developing and growing multi-sided SaaS marketplaces
- Previously worked in a creator focussed community or Web3-based start-up.
- Passion for developing one of the essential AI technologies that will influence the way that the metaverse comes to life.
- Deep understanding of creator marketplaces, developer tools, and creator platforms.
- Excited about advancing AI technology for higher user engagement and connectivity.
