New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation Full time

ACC is an organisation that grew out of bold thinking and has an enduring commitment to care for others at work, home, and play. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join our Business Continuity team, which works to ensure ACC’s priority activities can continue to operate during and after any disruption.

**Mō tenei tūrana mahi | About this role**

Reporting to the Business Continuity Manager, you’ll be joining a highly motivated team responsible for delivering our business continuity work programme across the organisation. You’ll do this by providing specialist advice and guidance to leaders and working to raise the organisation’s incident management and business continuity capability. Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

- Designing training and education programmes and initiatives
- Supporting the delivery of training
- Delivering business continuity and incident management exercises or activities that help embed business continuity and ensure continuous improvement.

This is a role that offers both the planning, designing, and developing as well as the hands-on delivery. You’ll be establishing positive, collaborative working relationships with managers at all levels across the organisation, and you’ll get to see the results of your efforts as the work programme is implemented.

This role also has an on-call component, as a member of ACC’s Incident Management Team for business disruptions.

We are open to location for this role.

**Ko wai koe | About you**

You may be at the Senior level currently, but looking to gain experience in a large, complex, and interesting organisation, or you might be an Advisor looking to take their next step.

- Experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of scenario-based exercises
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating and networking skills
- Influencing, relationship management and interpersonal skills

**Working at ACC**:

- Employee networks to support our colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- The option to explore flexible working that suits your needs and ours.
- Development opportunities in te reo Māori me ngā tikanga.

We offer a competitive base salary, plus 9% superannuation.
