At Ando, we’re all about challenging the norm and finding better ways of doing things — and that includes how we approach change. We’re looking for a **Change Partner (Practice Lead)** to help shape how change is delivered and experienced across our business.

This newly created role offers the best of both worlds — the chance to work strategically to build our internal change capability, while also being hands-on supporting projects that make a real difference. You’ll play a key role in developing practical tools and frameworks for leading change across teams, empowering leaders and employees to navigate change with confidence.

A big part of your focus will be on our upcoming **office move project**, working alongside a Project Manager who’s leading the logistics. You’ll be the lead change partner on the culture, engagement, and people side — helping ensure the move feels exciting, inclusive, and seamless for everyone involved.

Given the dynamic, project-based nature of this role, we’re offering an **initial 12-14 month fixed term contract**, with the potential to move to a permanent position as our business continues to grow and evolve.

**About you**

We’re looking for a people-centric change practitioner who’s comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and getting stuck in where needed. You’ll likely come from an OD/ HR background, bringing a coaching mindset and a genuine passion for helping others adapt and thrive through change. Experience leading the people side of an office relocation would be a real advantage.
