**YOUR ROLE**

This exciting newly created Change Lead role will give you the opportunity to craft your domain and be the change voice right from the get-go as we are at the very beginning of an exciting four-year transformation programme. In this pivotal role to drive transformational change, you’ll strategically design, lead and deliver optimal change management experiences for our customers, colleagues and partners impacted by large scale, complex, business and system Transformation initiatives, to drive successful change outcomes.

You’ll work with executive level sponsors, business/product owners and business leads to develop and deliver an overarching change strategy & approach for the delivery of this large transformation programme. This role will see you drive and align all change management activities within multiple parallel running program streams or projects as well as other transformation programmes to ensure an effective and cohesive change approach is applied and delivered to achieve intended outcomes. You’ll also manage organisation design activities, including assisting with mapping future operating model/s and working with the wider People, Performance and Reputation team to support any change processes, and role transition activities if required.

**Auckland**. We offer flexibility to suit you, with a mix of work from home and the office.

**ABOUT YOU**

You’ll be a self-starter, creative out-of-the-box thinker who can see the big picture, connect the dots, and have confidence to steer delivery teams and Change Managers in the right direction. You’ll have genuine business transformation experience gained from working in large organisations with enterprise complexity. You will also demonstrate;
- Extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of change strategies and frameworks within a large and complex environment
- Proven experience in achieving program and business results through others, including end to end behavioural change with customer facing colleagues
- You have proven experience in management of key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- You build deep relationships, drive collaboration within and across teams, and can influence others
