Operations Coordinator

**About the role**
We have a great opportunity within our busy Auckland’s Operations team, to lead and motivate the commercial team in the day-to-day operations. You will be excellent communicator and will be responsible for providing guidance, and support. Creating an atmosphere where customers’ expectations are met and exceeded, and ensuring we are improving our performance and service on a regular basis.
In this role you will strive to optimise operational economics, profitability, productivity, effectiveness, and efficiencies, while looking at new strategies to grow the business with the support of the Auckland Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, understands and enjoys the challenges of meeting budgets and financial targets and will push to meet expectations and KPI’s.
The ability to work well under pressure and be an exceptional planning will put you in good stare for this role, you need to have great attention to detail and being a multitasker with your finger on the pulse ensuring we are maintaining quality standards with training and delivering effective service for all our customers is must whiling working towards financial goals, no day is the same.

**To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with**:

- Team leadership and staff management experience
- Managing and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills
- Level 4 trade qualification in Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning or 5 plus years’ experience in a HVAC commercial business.
- IQP registered in Auckland Council register - preferred not essential
- Qualified to do PS3 for HVAC installs - preferred not essential
- EST license preferred but not essential
- Experienced in installing and commissioning of VRF and VRV systems.
- Knowledge to design HVAC ducting system for residential and commercial.
- Knowledge of ducting fittings and Accessories.
- Knowledge to correctly size ducting, return and supply air grilles for ducted heat pump system.
- Commitment to health and safety
