**About the role**
We are looking for a Production Planner to manage all detailed** **production planning and scheduling within TOMRA Food manufacturing to ensure on time delivery. This will include responsibilities across all operations and reporting areas as follows
- Working closely with Site Manager and Team Leaders on production plan and scheduling
- Reviewing and analysing parts availability and arranging scheduling
- Monitoring and following-up on material shortages with the internal team to ensure smooth flow of production at all times
- Coordinating with Project Manager and Logistics team to arrange project shipments
- Participate in long term capacity and planning improvements activities
- Leading and/or participating in weekly production planning meeting
- Providing reporting on actual status for production plan
- Reporting on planned utilisation
**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Ideally you will have some previous hands-on production experience either as production or planning coordinator
- Communication will be your strength and you’ll enjoy engaging with wide range of people.
- You have previously worked with word and excel and know your way around it well.
- If you have experience with any ERP systems such as SAP, Baan or similar that would be an advantage.
