**THE ROLE**

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the safe and timely shipping, distribution, storage and otherwise transporting of inventory. Furthermore, you will manage all inventory related functions at the Auckland Warehouse.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Review daily orders Assign orders to warehouse staff
- Check to make sure orders are filled accurately
- Maintain current records of warehouse inventory
- Ensure staff members follow all safety regulations
- Manually handle, repack, or restack product as needed.
- Operate forklift as needed (Training and certification provided)
- Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports as needed.
- Assists the operations department with fulfillment and quality control.
- Escalates issues to managers when necessary.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Warehouse distribution experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Knowledge of bulk packing and warehouse pick and pack procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented Customer-focused

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
