About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth branch operations? NZWindows is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join our Auckland team on a fixed term basis (maternity leave cover). In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate delivery operations, manage customer service functions, and support both internal teams and external clients to ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all incoming/outgoing deliveries, site glazing, installation, and service requests.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and timelines.
  • Order materials, glass, and sundries for service and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organised factory, office, and showroom environments.
  • Provide high-level communication and support across branch operations and customer service.
  • Prepare invoices and assist with branch tracking report maintenance.
  • Support the branch manager with Health & Safety records and scheduling branch meetings.
  • Organise office stationery and handle customer walk-in enquiries when needed.

  • High level of integrity—honest, reliable, constructive, and diplomatic.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Product and technical knowledge (training provided).
