About the Role
About You
- Experience working in or with start-ups, innovative organisations and / or other Govt Organisations that have a strong customer centric approach
- Strong customer engagement skills
- An ability to rapidly understand complex technical concepts including engineering, biosciences, software etc. sufficient to establish the commercial and or growth potential
- Expertise in both business and project planning and management
- An ability to work with companies and individuals from across a range of industries and life stages
- Ability to clearly and succinctly articulate plans and concepts in written form
- An basic understanding of commercial Research and Development and associated processes
- A base understanding of company finances including ability to analyse P&L, Cashflow and balance sheets
- Experience and a passion for Agile / HCD methodologies
- A growth mindset with a focus on self-development and growth

- Highly effective communicator and relationship builder and comfortable engaging at an Executive level
- Ability to identify commercial potential and propose solutions that are innovative and add value to customers
