**Learning and Innovation Specialist - Governance**
**Flexible location - remote working or join us in our Wellington office.**
This is a unique opportunity to join our expanding Learning and Innovation team. The Learning and Innovation Specialist will have a knowledge of governance in either a corporate or school context and the ability to facilitate online learning.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Experience as a Student Representative on a School Board
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and relationship skills
- Strong capability in writing and updating content for online learning modules
- Ability to facilitate online learning
- Understanding of and commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Tikanga Māori, including comfort in a te reo Māori environment.

**About the role**Reporting to the Director; Learning and Innovation, the primary purpose of the Learning and Innovation Specialist is to support the learning and development of school board members and the engagement of staff in our Innovation Strategy. This position will work closely with the Principal Advisors and the National Governance and Employment teams to ensure that our learning resources and experiences are accurate, engaging and fit for purpose.

Training and professional development for the Learning and Innovation Specialist will be provided by the Learning and Innovation Team. This position will also participate in advisor induction and professional learning opportunities.
