It's a busy and varied role combining a mix of general admin and operational support. This is the ideal role for someone who loves assessing and improving systems and processes. The main responsibilities of this role are: - Working alongside the Ops Manager to provide operational and admin support when needed. - Entering and raising jobs and PO as required - Maintain project planning board. - Providing job costings reports - Customer liaison - Prepare site-specific H&S plans - Have a high degree of competency with the Microsoft suite - Be a capable and efficient administrator - Have experience in either a manufacturing or trades-based admin support role - Have an exceptional eye for detail - Enjoy building relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. - Scope for real career growth - Lower Hutt based - Ideal role for a process and systems person
