**About the role**
The Operations Administrator is a crucial role within the company providing administrative support to the Operations Manager. The Operations Administrator will be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment we work in and have a good grasp of the operation activities on a day to day basis. Additional duties will include accounts and payroll support to the administration team ensuring invoicing and timesheets are correct and up to date and that jobs are being optimised in terms of their budget.
The right person for this role will come with experience in providing timely, accurate and efficient support to maximise project delivery and client satisfaction.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Works alongside team members to coordinate business activities ensuring delivery of effective and efficient operations, and ultimately client satisfaction
- Work to identify areas for improvement of project and contract delivery
- Checking timesheets against jobs ensuring they are correct before being handed over to payroll
- Assist the operations team with budget control, drafting claims, and assisting with job costing and optimisation
- Create Health & Safety reports, financial reports, progress reports and other relevant information both proactively and timely
- Accurately enter data into client software

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Reasonable accounts understanding
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well in a team and a variety of stakeholders
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, with excellent organisation and planning skills
- Accredo accounts software experience (desired)
- RAMM experience (desired)
- Understanding of industry relative contracting (desired)
