About the Role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a global leader in freight forwarding? Our client is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 8–12 warehouse staff.

We're looking for an experienced professional with at least three years in a similar leadership role, someone who takes pride in their work and leads by example. We're not after someone who simply delegates tasks — we want a leader who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team, leading by example.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Managing and motivating a team within a busy 3PL environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and stay on top of the details

  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records

  • Promoting and maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture across the warehouse

  • Demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Working closely with customers and Storeman to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Proven Supervisor or Team Leader experience within a 3PL or freight forwarding environment
  • Experience leading a team of up to 10 people
  • Current Counterbalance, Reach, and Stock Picker licenses
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have no criminal convictions
