Logistics Contract Administrator wanted
CT Express Ltd is an Auckland based logistics company. We are now looking for a Logistics Contract Administrator to join us to support further growth of the business. This is a full time role with a minimum 30 hours per week.
The Logistics Contract Administrator is responsible for administering, reviewing, and coordinating contracts and service agreements within CT Express Limited’s logistics, warehousing, and international freight operations. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met, documentation is properly managed, and business projects are delivered efficiently in compliance with company standards and client requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, review, and negotiate logistics service contracts and variations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and maintain paperwork and compliance records associated with contracts, freight agreements, and warehousing services.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, logistics services, and affected stakeholders.
- Liaise with warehouse supervisors, transport providers, and external partners to ensure operational goals are met.
- Monitor and oversee subcontractor performance, reporting on service variations or non-compliance.
- Prepare and review submissions, reports, and summaries on logistics and supply chain activities.
- Collect and analyse data from logistics projects, and report on outcomes such as cost, efficiency, and service quality.
- Advise senior management on contract risks, compliance matters, and implement their directions.
- At least one year of relevant experience
