FUWA TRANSPORT & LOGISTIC LIMITED is a growing transport and logistics company based in Mount Wellington. We specialise in warehousing, distribution and freight handling. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our daily warehouse operations. About the Role This is a working-supervisor role responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth movement of goods. The role suits someone experienced in warehouse operations who is confident leading by example. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods Allocate tasks and provide day-to-day supervision to warehouse staff Ensure accurate inventory control, stock counts and recording of goods movement Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure correct handling procedures Monitor workflow and support the team to meet deadlines and quality targets Coordinate with transport and logistics teams for inbound and outbound movements Prepare and maintain documentation such as dispatch sheets, logs and inventory reports Support process improvements and help maintain an organised warehouse environment Skills & Experience Required 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics or freight environment Previous supervisory, team-leader or senior warehouse-person experience preferred Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory systems Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable in a hands-on role Good communication and problem-solving abilities Forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $27.00–$30.50 depending on experience Long-term stable employment in a growing logistics company Supportive management and opportunities for skill development Convenient Mount Wellington location How to Apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant warehouse experience.
