**Key responsibilities**:
Partnering with FMCG manufacturers, you will enable them to make data driven decisions to help grow their business.

You will immerse yourself in all thing data, analysis and insights. You will also build on your account management skills, all whilst being coached and supported by a highly collaborative and experienced team.

Your day to day responsibilities will involve:

- Defining business problems through consultation with clients and providing solutions to their business needs
- Leading client relationships and proactively developing these relationships to deliver against account plan objectives
- Providing and presenting insights through storytelling, with actionable recommendations
- Overseeing the client contract, financials, renewal and growth revenue target
- Effectively managing all database and report change requests and working collaboratively with the Database Production team to ensure the changes are completed

**We’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in insights or category management, within a market research agency, FMCG manufacturer or retailer
- Previous experience analysing scan or shopper data
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mine data and derive actionable insights
- Strong account management, relationship building and client servicing skills
- A creative and curious nature, with the ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations
