**The role**:
As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

**The job**:
The key responsibilities include
- ** Order Management**: Coordinate the ordering of stock from suppliers to meet customer demand and uphold service levels. Process order confirmations swiftly and efficiently, collaborating with internal departments when necessary.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Proactively follow up on overdue items from suppliers, resolving any discrepancies in stock deliveries promptly and effectively.
- ** Documentation Management**: Maintain meticulous records of all supply chain processes in alignment with company quality standards.
- ** Risk Communication**: Communicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholders, enabling proactive decision-making.
- ** Analysis and Reporting**: Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to provide insights into supply chain performance and opportunities for improvement.
- ** Inventory Control**: Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, branches, and logistics partners to optimize coordination and maintain optimal stock levels.
- ** Process Optimisation**: Identify trends and recommend enhancements to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**: Foster open and effective communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and logistics providers.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all supply chain documentation is accurate, organised, and compliant with industry regulations.

- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills,100% data entry accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Focused and self-motivated.
- Thrive to build strong relationships
