An exciting opportunity has arisen to join DHL Supply Chain as BMS (Business Management System) Administrator at our Airport site on a 6-months fixed term contract.

**Responsibilities** IN THIS JOB YOU WILL BE**:

- Coordinating and administering QA team activities across DHL Supply Chain New Zealand
- Assisting with preparation of documentation and reporting for internal and external audits
- Meeting the daily BMS requirements of our clients
- Facilitating the maintenance of the BMS document management system
- Assisting the QRA Team with regulatory compliance tasks
- Preparing and maintaining staff training records

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE?**
- Have administrative experience, and ideally some experience in quality
- Have high levels of attention for detail, problem solving ability and autonomy
- Be open and effective communication skills - verbal and written, as this is critical to the success of this role
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ideally but not essential - have a relevant Degree qualification
- Have ability to build strong relationships with internal customers
- Have intermediate PC skills within the Microsoft Office suite
- Be proactive and able to use initiative

This position is based at our Auckland Airport site; however you will need a driver’s license and the flexibility to work across our sites in Auckland. Some travel to other sites in New Zealand will be required from time to time.
