As a Technology Support Analyst, you'll provide day-to-day tech support for users in your local Omnicom office. You'll help resolve technical issues efficiently and assist with broader projects when needed. When problems require escalation, you'll act as a trusted advocate for users, ensuring smooth collaboration across service teams. You may occasionally support other Omnicom offices as required. **What You'll Do** - Deliver end-user support via ServiceNow (Level 2, and Level 1 when needed) - Support rollout of global tech projects locally - Troubleshoot and escalate urgent IT issues - Provide AV setup and "white glove" executive support - Spot support trends and suggest improvements - Help with office tasks like moves or power shutdowns **What You Bring** - 1-2 years of IT support experience, including AV setup - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, MacOS, and mobile tech - Familiarity with ServiceNow, and understanding of escalation paths - Bonus: Experience with JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, or cloud security tools - Great communication skills and ability to explain tech clearly - Strong judgement, organizational skills, and attention to detail - Team player who can stay calm under pressure - Able to work with discretion and flexibility across different teams and locations **About You** You're a natural problem-solver with top-notch customer service.
