**What you’ll do day-to-day**

Take the lead and utilise your learning agility with learning management systems, troubleshooting software to provide efficient technical support. With full training provided, you'll become a critical part of the team, helping clients optimise their working tech environment while gaining expertise in web languages and server administration.

Some key responsibilities include:

- ** Troubleshooting and resolving software and connectivity issues** - Tackle issues head-on, knowing when to escalate complex cases when needed.
- ** Administering and maintaining learning management systems** i.e.,Totara, Moodle, and Talent LMS.
- ** Writing and understanding basic** **web coding languages** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP).
- A passion for technology and a strong problem-solving mentality.
- A focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to learn new systems and tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the flexibility to respond to urgent needs.
- A creative, proactive approach that identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- A basic understanding of hardware, software, and the Microsoft Office suite.

**Hours & Location**

This full-time role (40 hours per week) is based in the Christchurch office. While primarily office-based, there is an offer of some flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
