**Your new role**
***
- General EA support to three EMs from Claims, including diary management,reporting, meeting agendas, record-keeping, leave management and coordination of correspondence
- Respond to incoming calls and correspondence and redirect as necessary
- Operate and maintain routine and confidential filing systems
- Manage diary to ensure effective use of the EM’s time and non-essential meetings / correspondences are filtered appropriately
- Keep the diary up to date including booking meetings appropriately
- Liaison with other Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants across the business
- Taking minutes for meetings and distributing to the appropriate people
- Setting up and maintaining administrative systems and procedures; reviewing and developing improved or new ones as required
- Plan and organise meetings and required hospitality (catering and accommodation) arrangements
**What you'll need to succeed**

Industry and/or field experience
- Experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and functions within an office environment
- Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products
- Experience of working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
- Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- High degree of confidentiality
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Is proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions
- Goal focused and continually looking for process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
- Flexible in their work approach to effectively manage shifting workload
