We are looking for permanent full-time Team Leaders to work alongside Kiritaki in our Residential Support Services in Christchurch.

We are looking for 3 experienced Team Leaders. As a Team Leader you will coach and lead a team to provide support for 3 individuals living in their own homes. You will:

- Support the people to access the community and enjoy experiences that they choose.
- Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the person.
- Coach and guide a team to ensure there is a consistent approach to the support delivered.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that people have support that is appropriate and enables them to live their best lives.
- Embed Enabling Good Lives principles into the support provided.
