The Role

The Creative Strategist will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated campaigns that drive real results for our clients. Main Responsibilities

Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.Leads cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform campaign development and execution.Presents creative concepts and strategies to clients, pitching new ideas and approaches to drive growth and engagement.Collaborates with the Digital team to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that drive real results for clients.Maintains accurate records of client interactions, campaign performance, and progress toward agreed-upon goals.Provides regular updates and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.Recruits and manages top talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration throughout the agency.Represents the agency in public forums, presenting our work and expertise to clients, industry peers, and other stakeholders.
