**What you will be doing**

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, and committed, registered nurse with leadership experience, to be part of the Pegasus Health 24 Hour Surgery team. The Acute Nursing Team Leader provides a high standard of professional leadership, support & nursing practise; as well as delivering professional nursing practice, including skilled urgent and emergency care. The role works closely within the nursing leadership team to provide clinical expertise for continuous improvement, and nursing professional development activities.

**What you will bring**
- Minimum of 5 years post registration experience
- A broad range of acute clinical nursing practice, including orthopaedics
- Completed, or be currently undertaking post graduate study
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical leadership and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about improving healthcare
- Motivating team leader
- Able to work well under pressure whilst offering exceptional patient care at all times

This role is for 32 hours per week and will include some rostered shifts.
