**What you will be required to do**:

- The frontline interface between DSV and our clients, with the ability to demonstrate competencies and confidence of work with completeness building a trusting relationship with the client(s) and internal stakeholders
- Proactively discuss and understand the client’s activity requirements and inform direct reports of labour resource requirements to meet the client’s needs
- Excellent attention to detail and command of the English language to effectively communicate and provide our clients with adequate information to close out any queries or required detail
- Ability to obtain client(s) acceptance and agreement with positive business outcomes, timelines, and cost
- Ability to engage the client and build a trusting professional relationship with the client and internal stakeholders
- Provide general logistic support with coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with local DSV office on a regular basis to provide feedback in relation to shipments, customer needs
- Liaise with customer and provide information and reports as requested and approved by DSV management

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or substantial 3PL administrative experience including an accounts function
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work in a close & supportive team environment
