About the Role

As our new
Sales and logistics Coordinator
, you'll support our National Sales Manager to keep proposals, logistics, and client relationships running smoothly.

You'll help turn corporate redirection enquiries into confirmed impact jobs, liaising between sales, logistics, and our store network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing sales leads and proposals
  • Prepare quotes, follow up opportunities, and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Communicate with clients, store teams, freight providers, and community recipients
  • Schedule and confirm redirection logistics
  • Prepare simple reporting on pipeline, sales activity, and impact volumes
  • Support national campaigns and team initiatives where needed

About You

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or logistics admin
  • Strong communicator and problem-solver — you love getting things done
  • Confident working across multiple jobs at once
  • Great with spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools (training provided)
  • Passionate about purpose-driven work and supporting both people and planet
