We’re seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our Auckland Winery in Glendene. This exciting role will be responsible for coordinating outwards inventory movements from Auckland and Christchurch to our customers across New Zealand.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Coordinating the dispatch of our domestic orders to meet our customers' requirements.
- Coordinating domestic transport requirements with several providers.
- Liaising with production and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate inventory availability.
- Monitoring all deliveries and ensure quality outcomes for our customers
- Maintaining accurate inventory records

**What you’ll bring**
- 1-3 years experience in a logistics, accounts or administration in a demanding operational environment
- The ability to confidently build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your style
- Motivation to succeed and you thrive working in a high-performance culture delivering high-quality outcomes
- Naturally high attention to detail, you enjoy working with numbers/data and are quick to learn systems and processes.
- A ‘winning together’ mindset through understanding the perspectives of others and maintaining strong bonds
- Flexible working arrangements available with up to two days a week working from home
