**The opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate Internal Communications Manager to join our organisation. In this standalone role, you will drive the development and implementation of a strategic and integrated approach to internal communications. Working directly with our CEO, Executive Team, and across AsureQuality, you will ensure that key messages resonate with employees and foster a culture of engagement and alignment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our organisations culture, while flexing your creative and strategic thinking.
- Permanent position, to start in September or October.
- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- Hybrid and flexible working offered - office location Mt Wellington, Auckland.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a contemporary internal communication strategy that transforms our organisation's culture and mindset.
- Collaborate closely with our CEO, Executive Team, and stakeholders to align internal communication initiatives with our purpose, strategy, values, and objectives.
- Create compelling and impactful messages to effectively communicate organisational updates, initiatives, and changes across our diverse and distributed employee population.
- Display confident and composed communication skills, demonstrating strong leadership and planning abilities to influence others.
- Serve as a key influencer and change agent, leading the build of our collective internal communications capability and building a network of skilled communicators. Willingness to take ownership and see projects through to completion.
- Deploy diverse and relevant communication channels to deliver engaging and timely messages.
- Support change management efforts by ensuring employees understand and embrace organisational changes.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to introduce new and creative strategies.

**Key requirements**
- Must have experience taking a leadership role for internal communications.
- Strong understanding of communication strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proactive stakeholder management with strong collaborating and influencing skills.
- Advanced experience in copy writing, video and graphic content creation.
