**The opportunity**:
Our business is underway with a big and exciting customer focused journey to deliver on our ambitious strategic vision to be the Integrated Food Assurance Partner. We are on the look-out for an experienced Internal Communications professional who is looking to step up into a key lead role.
Having just undergone an internal comms review, our findings have been endorsed and there is full support for you to jump onboard and take the lead in the development and deployment of a new strategic and integrated approach to internal communications.
This is a unique standalone role with good exposure to our business where you will work directly with senior and executive-level leadership, including our CEO. You'll lead a significant change in organisation culture, mind set and capability, enabling our leaders to play an active and meaningful role to embed an integrated approach to internal communications.
This is an exciting position that provides lots of opportunity to flex your creative muscle and summon your strategic thinking.
**About you**:
As a person who thrives on devising creative solutions and engaging content within a dynamic, diverse, and distributed environment, you will have a relevant degree and solid internal communications experience, maybe you are a confident Internal Communications Advisor who is ready for an opportunity to step up
You will be a strong and composed communicator who is highly capable and confident in their abilities to lead, plan and influence others. You will understand the context of strategy and the importance of communicating this well.
You will be a key influencer, a change agent, someone that can lead a function and champion and build a network of great communicators and be willing to roll your sleeves up and work through what ever is required to get the job done.
