- The role is based on Vodafone client site in Wellington
- The role is permanent position
- The working hours is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**About the Role**
Our client is a highly recognised corporation within the Telecommunication industry. The role will be based on our client’s premises. The Facilities Coordinator is the primary contact for all contractors working within or visiting our client’s operations.
This is customer centric role that provides a lot of variety from front of house support through to organising building maintenance whilst ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements. Above all this role is key to providing our client with best in class customer service and engagement with all stakeholders, both internally and externally whilst maintaining our clients premise to the required standard.
**Main Duties**
- Creating a welcoming, professional, and friendly atmosphere by providing best in class customer service
- Ensuring all visitors are registered in the Visitor Management System
- Management, co-ordination and presentation of concierge, all meeting room facilities, breakout spaces
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with contractors/landlord/VF Facilities Manager to ensure all repairs and maintenance required is completed within specified timeframes
- Conduct building inspections of Vodafone Sites to ensure sites are kept to the standard required
- Manage carpark to ensure only authorised vehicles are parking on site
- A good understanding of facilities, procurement and administration
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and Client Health & Safety Standards
- Any other request that may be asked by Vodafone’s Facilities Management Team

- Strong Administration skills, with focus on job ownership
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to cope calmly under pressure, pleasant and pro-active team player
- Must have a full NZ Drivers Licence
- 2-3 years’ experience in Facilities Management is preferred
