About you

Position Description

Hours of Work
Full-time, 37.55 hours per week over 5 days, typically Monday to Friday. The current Contact Centre's hours of operation are:

- Mondays to Fridays, 7.00am to 6.15pm, and
- Saturdays, 8.00am to 2.00pm. (Saturdays are rotational, and you will only work one Saturday every few weeks)
- We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance
