As a Contact Centre Representative at Auckland Transport, you will be located at our awesome Viaduct office and be the voice of Auckland Transport. This is an in-office role assisting customers via the phone, once you have completed your training, hybrid working arrangements are available.

Our contact centre manages a wide variety of customer interactions with some of the duties including;
- Delivering first class customer experience
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls and communications
- Assisting with public Transport and AT HOP queries

We have a passion and drive to deliver easy customer journeys for Tamaki Makaurau through creating safe, helpful and easy ways for the public to connect with Auckland Transport.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week. This is a 5-week rotating rostered position, the hours are between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6:30pm during weekends. Your starting salary will be $49,200pa.
